What counts as a request?
Each API call to any endpoint counts as one request. Batch operations are counted per item in the batch.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you are billed the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is ARXIO Health HIPAA compliant?
Enterprise plans include a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA). All plans use encrypted connections and do not store patient data beyond the request lifecycle.
What happens if I exceed my daily limit?
Requests beyond your daily limit return a 429 status code. You can upgrade your plan or wait for the limit to reset at midnight UTC.
